Santa Rosa Academy is a K-12 public charter school, established in 2005 and chartered out of the Menifee Union School District. We serve students in Riverside county with site-based, home study, and a combination of home study/on-site programs accreditated by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Job Summary
Middle School Assistant Coach:
The Assistant Coach for Middle School teaches their athletes the finer points of the game, developing their athletes' skills and teaching them how to be mentally prepared for competition. The Middle School sports program is not part of the CIF program.
Assistant Coaches will perform these essential functions listed:
• Assist with manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions
• Promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship
• Work with other members of school staff to plan and put in place instructional goals and objectives to ensure the overall educational development of student athletes
• Monitor and enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation in accordance with Santa Rosa Academy's academic eligibility training rules
• Keep an accurate record of all uniforms/equipment checked out to each athlete
• Verify season schedule, modes of transportation, and times with the Athletic Director
• Submit team rosters to Athletic Director
• Report all scores to Athletic Director the morning following the contests
