What You'll Do
As the Personal Training Manager, you'll lead the club's Personal Training department by developing your team, growing revenue, and ensuring every member receives an exceptional fitness experience.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop an exceptional team of Personal Trainers.
  • Coach and mentor trainers through regular one-on-one meetings and team development sessions.

Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/AED Certification
  • Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NFPT, ISSA, NESTA, IFPA, or equivalent)
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of Personal Training experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Experience coaching teams to achieve performance goals
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques and coaching cues.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Move throughout the club and remain active throughout the workday.
  • Occasional travel (up to 5%) for meetings and training.
