Job description

Summary:
Leads the instruction and implementation of education, compliance, technology, and clinical training initiatives for BayCare Medical Group team members and physicians. Designs, develops, and delivers both standard and customized training programs and materials. Conducts need assessments and recommend training solutions. Provides elbow training in practice settings. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Required Education and Experience includes; High School Diploma with 3 years' experience in Physician Practice or an associate degree and 1 year training support experience.
  • Previous MA Instructor experience strongly preferred.
  • Requires travel to various locations with minimal notice.

Location: Tampa, FL
Status: Part Time OR Full Time
Shift Hours: 5:30pm - 10:30pm M-F, and 8:00am - 4:30pm Saturday
Weekend Work: Every
On Call: No
