Job description

Training and Development Specialist II "WTRS" - Gowen Field, Idaho

*Develops comprehensive training materials covering all training requirements not related to TADSS devices including exercise planning, scenario development and leadership training program (LTP) support.

*Coordinates logistics and scheduling for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.

*Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on non-TADSS related training including practical demonstrations and simulations including CTCs/CTC rotations, installations, U.S. Army Commands, SC missions, scenario development, AARs, Contracted Role Players (CRPs), Civilians On the Battlefield (COBs), Higher Control (HICON), Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF) support.

Courses are offered through Computer Based Training Instruction (CBTI) or Classroom formats.
