The Workforce Development (WD) Specialist - Training & Documentation Administration is responsible for enabling workforce readiness and training compliance through effective management of training systems, documentation, and standard operating procedures. This role partners with Talent, HR, and business leaders to design and deliver high-impact, customized learning solutions that support business priorities, accelerate time-to-productivity, and reinforce enterprise culture. The position emphasizes agility, AI-enabled solutioning, and localized delivery to meet the needs of diverse, global environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy customized talent and learning solutions (e.g., workshops, learning journeys, toolkits) aligned to business and regional needs.

  • Partner with Talent Partnering, HR, and business leaders to co-create scalable, high-quality learning interventions.

  • Localize and deliver content to reflect regional priorities, cultural nuances, and evolving business strategies.

  • Support high-growth sites, new country expansions, and transformation initiatives through targeted enablement.

  • Reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values through culture activation and on-site engagement.

  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly design, personalize, and scale learning content and experiences.

  • Drive adoption of learning platforms (e.g., LXP) and embed learning strategies into day-to-day workflows.

  • Facilitate onboarding programs (e.g., orientations, fab bootcamp) to improve new hire readiness and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering customized talent solutions within complex, global organizations.

  • Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and end-to-end learning experience development.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Experience supporting high-growth environments, transformation initiatives, or market expansion efforts.

  • Strong proficiency leveraging AI tools to design, generate, and scale learning content and personalized experiences.

  • Experience with modern learning platforms (e.g., LXP, digital learning ecosystems).

  • Ability to operate with speed, agility, and autonomy in ambiguous, fast-paced environments .

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$116,000.00 - $262,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
