What You'll Do

Peli BioThermal is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the Clinical and Commercial Pharmaceutical markets. This is a true business development role focused on identifying new customers, creating opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

You’ll own the sales process from initial outreach and discovery through solution development, negotiation, close, and implementation. Success in this role requires curiosity, persistence, strategic account planning, and the ability to navigate complex organizations and connect our solutions to real customer and business needs.

 

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Clinical and Commercial Pharmaceutical markets
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans for targeted accounts, industries, and customer segments
  • Proactively engage prospects through cold calling, email, social outreach, video, direct mail, networking, and other creative approaches
  • Research target organizations, decision-makers, business challenges, and market opportunities to develop relevant and personalized outreach strategies
  • Identify multiple entry points and key stakeholders within complex organizations to build relationships and expand opportunities
  • Create quarterly and annual account plans that prioritize targets and establish clear strategies for developing new business
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and uncover business and technical requirements
  • Navigate complex buying processes by identifying decision-makers, influencers, buying criteria, timelines, and critical milestones
  • Develop compelling business cases that connect Peli BioThermal solutions to customer needs, technical requirements, and return on investment
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and implementation, maintaining momentum and accountability throughout the process
  • Deliver engaging customer presentations, virtual meetings, and face-to-face discussions that communicate the value of our solutions
  • Expand relationships within select existing customers by identifying new applications, stakeholders, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently work toward achievement of new-business and revenue goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with new business development that includes cold outreach to new prospects. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in selling to customers where sales cycle is minimum of 6 months.   
  • Must have experience or some form of training with a sales methodology and sales process.
