  • Assign and strategically plan resources for Solution Requests, ensuring efficient utilization

  • Monitor and balance the workload of your team, encouraging an environment of productivity and efficiency

  • Participate in customer meetings, providing expert insights and building strong client relationships

  • Support the execution of the annual business plan, contributing to the long-term success of the company

  • Achieve quarterly goals and key results for your group, maintaining a tight reporting cadence for project performance

  • Implement agile methods and LEAN problem-solving techniques to improve project, team, and process performance

  • Continually mentor your team through group and one-on-one sessions, encouraging growth and development

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; a MBA is preferred

  • PMP is helpful.
