Are you a motivated leader ready to take the next step in your restaurant career?

Dunkin' is looking for a driven Assistant Manager to partner with our Restaurant Manager in running a high-performing location. You'll develop people, uphold operational standards, and help drive the business- all while building the skills to advance into a General Manager role.

Champion a guest-first mentality across every shift and every transaction

Ensure shifts are properly staffed and Brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently executed

Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant restaurant environment at all times

Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results; develop and implement action plans

Assist in executing new product roll-outs including team training and in-restaurant marketing

Financial Performance

Support cost control efforts to help maximize location profitability

Help drive and track sales goals with a results-oriented approach

Execute all promotional and marketing initiatives accurately and on schedule

Apply P&L knowledge to identify performance trends and support data-driven decisions

Minimum

Requirements

Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience

Basic math and financial management proficiency

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Basic computer skills

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age
