Job description

Job Title: Culture Administrative Training Specialistย 

Location: Goodwill North Centralย Texas ---ย 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texasย 

Salary: Based onย Experienceย 

Work Hours:FTย (40 Hours Week), Monday throughย Friday;ย evenings and weekends as needed.ย ย ย ย

General Job Duties:ย Assist with Test Center operations, reception areaย coverageย and Kiosk backup. Provide administrative support to members of Workforce Development, and any other administrative duties as assigned. Oversee mail delivery, swagย requests,ย and supply distribution.ย Assistย with inventory management, ordering supplies, and overseeing workroom storage and archives. Oversee printer maintenance and replenish copy room supplies. Organize and schedule bulk shredding days. Assist with Staff and Organizational Development (SOD) preparation, including purchasing supplies, organizingย room, and coordinating guest speaker reservations.ย Collaborate with Culture and Training Team on brainstorming innovative ideas for increasing culture and training for Workforce Development.ย Assistย with updating new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire documents and updating training documents and videos for WFD. Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:ย ย ย One year secretarial/administrative support experienceย required. Someย collegeย preferred. Experienced with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with the Internet and Microsoft Outlook (email). Must have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent math, spelling, and grammar skills. Clear oral and written communication skills.ย Experience in office and administrative procedures and use of normal office machines.ย Mustย be able to learn quickly and work independently. Strong experience in office procedures andย useย of normal office machines.ย Abilityย to learn quickly is necessary.ย 

Physical Requirements:ย Officeย environment, mobile, ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, and able to lift 10-15ย lbs.ย periodically.ย ย 

Legal Requirements:ย Documentationย to meet I-9 requirements, drug screen, and background check as well as meet staff qualifications set byย Texasย Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services.ย
