About the Role
Caring Hands Home Health is looking for a client-facing sales professional ready to take ownership of the Triangle market (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). As our Business Development Specialist, youll be out in the community every daymeeting referral partners, connecting with families, and turning relationships into results. If you thrive on conversation, enjoy being on the road, and know how to close deals while still caring about people, this is the role for you.
This position is ideal for someone whos as comfortable in a networking event as they are sitting across from a family discussing care needs. Youll represent the Caring Hands brand with professionalism and personality, building lasting relationships that lead to growth.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, senior communities, rehab facilities, and healthcare professionals.
Meet directly with potential clients and families to discuss needs, services, and next steps representing Caring Hands with both confidence and compassion.
Represent Caring Hands at community events, client meetings, and networking functions throughout the Triangle.
Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and HR to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Manage your schedule, outreach, and reporting independently using internal tools and Excel trackers.
Identify new growth opportunities and think creatively to expand our referral pipeline.
What Youll Bring
35 years of proven success in outside sales, business development, or territory management.
Experience in client-facing, relationship-based work whether in sales, marketing, or professional services.
Comfort and confidence meeting people in person and talking about value and pricing.
