WebstaurantStore, LLC seeks a Training & Development (T&D) Manager at our Harford County, MD and Baltimore County, MD facilities. Candidate will be responsible for leading T&D efforts within the distribution center to help employees at all stages of their employee lifecycle to acquire new, or develop existing, knowledge, skills, abilities and potential. Must of a high school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate will be responsible for leading T&D efforts within the distribution center to help employees at all stages of their employee lifecycle to acquire new, or develop existing, knowledge, skills, abilities and potential. Must of a high school degree or equivalent.

  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

Qualifications
Experience
  • 36 months experience working as a warehouse or supply chain manager

Education
  • This role requires a high school degree or equivalent, though we value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
