Responsibilities:

  • Working with engineers, technical staff and other influencers to drive and grow Festo specification at OEM's, End Users, System's Integrators, Panel / Machine Builder's by being a trusted technical resource and establishing rapport.

  • Initiate individual and joint sales with Account Managers from both Dixon and Festo

  • Identify, implement and grow potential Festo VMI opportunities at both new and existing customers

  • Collaborate with the team to provide the best technical solutions

  • Develop new opportunities for Dixon's Festo group

  • Support product training for team and customer partners

  • Act as first point of contact for technical troubleshooting support for sales team

  • Ability to create custom bill of materials, based on customer requests and applications

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience working with pneumatics and automation applications, specifically food and beverage, packaging, automotive and pharmaceutical applications

  • 3-5 years technical sales experience

  • A post secondary education in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
