Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on
expanding our business in the healthcare and security sectors. This role involves building strong
client relationships and securing contracts through outreach efforts in Toronto, Ontario, and other
regions across Canada. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will play a key
role in growing our market presence and achieving revenue goals.If you are passionate about sales,

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients in
Toronto, Ontario, and beyond.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the healthcare and security
industries.
Secure contracts by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align sales strategies with company
goals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in
healthcare and security.
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or security sectors.
