Position Summary


The Commercial Sales & Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the commercial and industrial coatings division for Colours Inc. This position develops and executes strategic sales initiatives, leads sales performance within the assigned territory, and strengthens long-term client relationships.


The role requires strong leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and the ability to build and implement effective sales strategies while fostering a high-performing sales culture. The Commercial Sales & Development Manager collaborates cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent execution of company standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the commercial and industrial coatings sector.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. Utilize insights to refine strategies and drive business development.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively expanding the customer base and identifying new business opportunities.
