The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our coaching programs while ensuring a premium experience for every member. You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the "Turn-Over" process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements.

 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive Results: Take full ownership of monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
  • Sell Training: Lead fitness tours, present training options to prospective members, and close sales for training packages.
  • Master the "Turn-Over": Ensure a seamless hand-off from the Sales team to the coaching staff so the new member starts with a plan.
  • Prospecting: Actively build a pipeline of clients through effective outreach, value-building, and re-signing current clients.
Team Supervision & Member Service

  • Coach the Coaches: Supervise the fitness staff to ensure they deliver high-energy sessions and meet brand standards.
  • Service Excellence: Act as the point of contact for member concerns and provide solutions that improve their fitness journey.
  • Scheduling: Oversee staff schedules and timekeeping to ensure the gym is fully staffed to support our members.
Operations & Compliance

  • Enforce Policy: Consistently implement and follow all UFC GYM company and club-level policies and procedures.
  • Availability: Maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings and nights, to support the needs of a 7-day-a-week operation.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven success in sales and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
  • Skills: Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and build long-term relationships with members.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Physical: Ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor for long periods.
