Job description

Summary

Provide technical consulting services for customers operating in the construction aggregate and minerals processing industries. The Sales Engineer role represents a high-growth opportunity for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset. This position offers strong financial earnings potential, including structured quarterly and annual bonuses, and significant long-term wealth creation through our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers.

  • Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow for customers.

  • Balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance.

  • Navigate outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred).

  • 3โ€“10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.

  • Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership.
