This position requires direct client engagement, with the Technical Services Manager serving as DISA's primary technical point of contact throughout project execution and report delivery. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of engineering.

- Review and approve work performed by the Technical Services team to ensure quality aligns with mining industry standards and DISA requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures for laboratory and field activities.
- Develop and maintain systems to track Work Orders, Support Requests, project deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Manage the Technical Services operating budget, including laboratory costs, field deployment expenses, equipment utilization, and resource planning.

- Direct resource staffing, technical planning, execution, and data analysis for pilot programs, commissioning activities, optimization projects, and operational support assignments.
- Lead select laboratory and field activities through direct participation in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.
- Serve as the final technical authority for reviewing and approving testwork reports, field service reports, business case evaluations, process engineering studies, and technical papers prior to client delivery.
