Inergroup is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Manufacturing Process Technician jobs in Cartersville, GA. In this technical role, you will monitor real-time solar cell manufacturing processes on a shift-by-shift basis, analyze production data, and support Process Engineers in maintaining efficiency and maximizing yield. This data-driven position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with a background in manufacturing process monitoring, technical support, or data analysis. Weekly pay starting at $23/hr with great benefits available!

Manufacturing Process Technician Job Overview:
  • Monitor solar cell production performance in real time and identify abnormal process fluctuations during your shift.
  • Collect, organize, and report process and production data using MS Office and SQL tools per established guidelines.
  • Adjust process parameters as required or instructed by Process Engineers to maintain target production standards.
  • Verify that all processes and production output comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Notify Process Engineers when production issues cannot be resolved at the technician level.
  • Support Process Engineers with data preparation for regular analysis and issue resolution.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure safety and environmental regulations are upheld.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, technical support, or a process-oriented role.
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and data entry; SQL experience a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, data sets, and graphical representations.
