Responsibilities
I. Project Planning & Execution
  • Define AI project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
  • Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation review
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

II. Cross-Functional & Technical Leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, software developers, business analysts, domain experts and third party consulting teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating AI concepts into business-ready language
  • Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across IT, operations, HR, legal, and leadership teams

III. AI Solution Oversight
  • Partner with AI and data teams to guide solution design, data requirements, and model implementation
  • Oversee AI model development, testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Ensure AI systems meet performance expectations and business use-case requirements

IV. Risk, Governance & Compliance
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks related to data quality, project scope, security, model bias, and ethical AI use
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal AI governance standards, and quality controls
  • Maintain documentation required for auditability, transparency, and regulatory readiness

V. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
  • Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reporting to executive and business stakeholders
  • Manage change readiness by coordinating communications, training, and adoption planning
  • Support users and leaders through AI adoption to ensure solutions are understood, trusted, and effectively used

VI. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI project outcomes, ROI, and operational impact
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of AI project standards, templates, and best practices across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
