Position Summary
This role is responsible for developing creative assets across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and retail platforms, while ensuring all product content meets brand and technical standards. The position collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce teams to enhance brand storytelling, optimize online shopper experience, and support sales efforts through high-quality visual communication and content strategy.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Torance, CA, as required by company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Design

  • Design and produce engaging visual assets for social media, email, web, and print.
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with INABA’s brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written materials.
  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, visuals, and storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement.
  • Stay current on design, digital, and ecommerce trends to proactively introduce innovative content formats and tools.

eCommerce Support

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to create and update product images, descriptions, and digital assets on Salsify and related platforms.
  • Ensure all online product content meets brand and technical standards.
  • Assist with preparing digital assets for retailer websites and eCommerce partners.
  • Optimize visual content for conversion, SEO, and shopper experience across digital retail platforms.

Catalog & Sales Support

  • Design and produce product catalogs, sell sheets, and sales presentations for retail and trade events.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with up-to-date product information and imagery for printed and digital materials.

Collaboration & Brand Stewardship

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce teams to support visual communication needs.
  • Maintain an organized library of brand-approved content, images, and templates.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement a refreshed visual identity system and content strategy.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 15%)
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, design, or content creation (CPG or pet category preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Salsify or similar digital asset management systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or digital animation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design and branding.
