Our business director role is designed to provide a rich development opportunity for high-caliber candidates. One-to-one mentoring provides personal leadership development. High-focus rotations provide intensive exposure to critical business elements (talent, operations, marketing, quality, training, profitability, casting vision, shaping culture and executive level servant leadership.) Leader development events and experiences complete this experience.

As a business director trainee, you will given the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and gain the competency needed to operate as a part of a high performance leadership team. Whether your goal is to remain as a leader on our team, to become a Chick-fil-A Operator, or to branch out on other endeavors down the road, our goal is to help you achieve those dreams through providing the opportunity for personal development.
