Job Summary:
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. The Information System Project Management Analyst will lead project teams in the design, implementation, and modification of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects.Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment.
• Keep current on advances in the field of IT.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Adheres to all IT governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
• Information Systems Project Management 1: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Information Systems Project Management 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Information Systems Project Management 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Information Systems Project Management 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (as applicable).
• Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
• Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
