  • Ability to interface professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and late nights during peak production periods and busy seasons.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work overtime as required to meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Onyx RIP software and color management workflows.
  • Experience operating cold laminators and other print finishing equipment.

  • Familiarity with UV printing workflows, printhead maintenance, color management, and printer calibration.
  • Experience with large-format printing, mounting, laminating, trimming, and finishing processes.
  • Familiarity with print substrates, vinyl applications, and installation techniques.
  • Experience in scenic fabrication, trade show exhibits, experiential marketing environments, or custom signage production.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to work extended hours during installations, trade shows, and special events as needed.
  • Willingness to support production schedules during peak workload periods and tight project deadlines.
