Job Description:
As a Crypto Operational Business Support Specialist, support a wide range of daily activities across the crypto asset lifecycle, including trading, settlement, risk monitoring, and customer support.
This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets, coupled with strong problem-solving skills to perform below activities:
Trading and Settlement - Transaction Processing, Trade Reconciliation, Settlement Monitoring & develop scripts (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate reconciliation and reporting tasks, streamlining operational workflows.
Risk Management - Risk Monitoring, Control Implementation, collaborate with compliance and fraud teams to support AML/KYC
Deposit and Withdrawal - Transaction Monitoring, assist in managing and reconciling crypto wallets, Exception Handling
Account and Customer Support - Customer Inquiries, Profile Management, collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to resolve complex customer issues and streamline support processes.
Document and Process Management - Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation for all operational activities, Reporting, Process Improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in financial services or cryptocurrency operations, with a preference for prior experience in settlements or trading reconciliation
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset wallets.
Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel/VBA)
