Position Summary:The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, investor relations, capital raising, and corporate strategy. This individual must have a proven track record in investment banking, Wall Street finance, Big 4 audit, and executive-level leadership at publicly traded companies. A strong background in digital healthcare is highly desirable.
