Our solutions play a vital role in ensuring safe drinking water, managing wastewater, maintaining industrial and commercial air quality, and enhancing the quality of food and beverages through processes such as sugar refining, oil purification, beverage clarification, and alcohol production. By effectively removing contaminants, odors, and impurities, we help clients achieve operational excellence while supporting environmental sustainability.

We are looking for a Country Manager - France, Belgium, Netherlands to support our commercial strategy, drive regional revenue growth, and nurture key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will ideally bring an existing customer network to help generate early opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for activated carbon products across water, air, and food & beverage sectors in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Drive revenue growth and lead market expansion initiatives across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Lead negotiations and oversee contract closures for major accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships within France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business development initiatives
  • Represent the company at regional events and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French or Dutch is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in industrial B2B environments
  • Knowledge or experience in the activated carbon, water treatment, air purification, or food & beverage sectors is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
  • Ability to travel within France, Belgium, and the Netherlands as needed
