  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proventrack recordof designing andoperatinglarge-scale, production-grade systems.

  • Advancedexpertisein Salesforce Service Platform technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Shield.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns using REST, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, andmiddleware.

  • Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications with a focus on operational excellence.
