How much do senior die tech jobs pay per hour?

As of Jul 22, 2026, the average hourly pay for senior die tech in the United States is $25.08, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $21.39 and $28.37 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What jobs in the US pay $300,000 a year?

Senior Die Tech roles typically do not reach $300,000 annually, as this level of compensation is more common in executive or specialized engineering positions. High-paying manufacturing or technical management roles may approach this figure with experience, certifications, and overtime, but most die technician positions have lower salary ranges. For salaries of this level, roles often involve executive leadership, specialized engineering, or business ownership.

Do companies hire 70 year olds?

Senior Die Tech positions typically require physical stamina, technical skills, and experience, and companies may hire older workers if they meet these requirements. Age discrimination laws prohibit unfair dismissal based on age, but some employers may prefer candidates with recent hands-on experience or specific certifications. Age should not be a barrier if the candidate is physically capable and skilled for the role.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Senior Die Tech roles typically do not pay $4,000 weekly without specialized skills and extensive experience; however, skilled trades such as industrial electricians, certain construction managers, or specialized manufacturing supervisors can earn that level of income through experience and certifications. These jobs often require technical training, on-the-job experience, and sometimes licensing but do not necessarily require a college degree.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Senior Die Tech typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which performance and fit are evaluated before permanent employment is confirmed. During this time, the employee may receive additional training and supervision, and the employer assesses skills such as precision, safety, and adherence to procedures. Successful completion often leads to full benefits and job security.
