Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves strategic planning, team development, performance monitoring, and active participation in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage daily sales activities, including floor coverage, lead distribution, and follow-ups
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing training and feedback
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling complex customer situations
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and inventory departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Enforce dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Qualifications:
