Southeast Toyota Distributors is seeking a Senior Parts Supply/Distribution Analyst to support our Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) in Jacksonville, Florida, and in Norcross, GA.
The Parts Analyst serves a critical role servicing our 450,000+ square foot Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs), by conducting business and financial analysis including optimizing parts inventory, forecasting, procurement, and replenishment processes, using Blue Yonder and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role is part of a dynamic and collaborative team that makes inventory and purchase decisions for the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Assembling data, evaluating supply chain performance, identifying out-of-scope demand patterns, and establishing inventory levels for Toyota Parts and Accessories
  • Identify supply chain inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Creation of replenishment orders and forecasts utilizing system tools and other relevant information
  • Manage and maintain parts data, purchase orders, and dealer information, within D365.
  • Interface with suppliers to address discrepancies, expedite shipments to meet deadlines, and provide a level of communication that promotes ongoing efficiencies between both parties.
  • Help drive the achievement of division objectives: order fill rate, inventory turns, and obsolescence expense oversight.
  • Review dashboards to communicate supply performance and inventory health.
  • Communication liaison with Field Teams, Vehicle Processing Centers, Dealers, and other business partners

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, distribution, or inventory planning, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Advanced skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based tools (such as Cognos) to promote data modeling
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or operations functions.
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management methodologies
  • Demonstrated above average problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work proactively across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Potential to work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Blue Yonder Planning Solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
