Job Title: Sales Associate (Full-Time, 30โ€“40 hours/week)

We are a unique, curated toy store with a โ€œcabinet of curiositiesโ€ feelโ€”blending nostalgic favorites with trendy, discovery-driven products. We are excited to be opening a brand-new store on June 1st and are building a team that will help shape the storeโ€™s culture, energy, and customer experience from day one.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, stays up to date on toy trends, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • ย Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with both children and adults in a warm, knowledgeable wayย 
  • ย Actively drive sales by recommending products and creating a fun, interactive shopping experienceย 
  • ย Maintain a visually appealing sales floor through stocking, organizing, and merchandisingย 
  • ย Stay informed on current toy trends, bestsellers, and new arrivalsย 
  • ย Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficientlyย 
  • ย Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving shipmentsย 
  • ย Support store events, promotions, and seasonal displaysย 
  • ย Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting at all timesย 
Qualifications:
