Location: Plano, TX (On-site 5 days/week – relocation support available)

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000+ base (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead social creative strategy and execution across brand channels, founder channels, and mascot platforms.

· Partner closely with the founder and leadership to translate vision into compelling, trend-forward social content.

· Oversee social content that turns brand activations and cultural moments into engaging social-first campaigns.

· Build and mentor a high-performing social creative team.

· Drive a “yes and” creative mindset that embraces rapid execution while maintaining the highest quality standards.

· Collaborate with influencer marketing, field marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.


Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

· 6+ years of social creative leadership experience, preferably in consumer brands.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating trend-forward social content and campaign work.

· Deep understanding of social platforms and current trends.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on, founder-led environment.
