Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our toy store team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in finding the perfect toys and gifts, maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor, and contribute to a fun shopping experience for customers of all ages.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers with product selection based on age, interests, and budget.
  • Process sales, returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Keep shelves organized, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and pricing products.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom.
  • Help customers locate products and answer questions about features, availability, and promotions.
