About the Role:
Join Tower Auto Sales as an Automotive Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our customer-first approach. You will be provided with your own office space.

Responsibilities:
  • Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.
  • Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.
  • Taking and uploading pictures on website of vehicles.
  • Bill Deliveries in a timely matter.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state).
  • Proficiency with Dealer Center is a plus.
  • Knowledge about Verifi.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment. 
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
