Job Summary:
| The International School of Hospitality, Sports, and Tourism Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University invites applications for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer at FDU NJ campuses (Florham/Metro). The Lecturer or Senior Lecturer will have a teaching load of 12 credits per semester; the primary teaching responsibility will be Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Required Qualifications:
Required: Master's in Hospitality Management or related field (Applicants with a PhD are preferred); The ideal candidate will have expertise and a record of excellence in teaching hospitality and tourism management courses for students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Experience teaching hospitality and tourism management and professional work experience in hospitality and tourism management preferred. Demonstrated ability to mentor students. Must be prepared to engage in ongoing professional development, student activities, and a range of events taking place within the International School of Hospitality, Sports, and Tourism Management. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
