Duration:         2 Years
Location:         Waterloo, IA 50704

Shift Options: Tuesday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
                        OR Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Role Overview
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and customers
• Coordinate and manage factory tours and visitor activities
• Ensure guests have a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience
• Act as the company representative during tours and events

Key Responsibilities
• Manage scheduling and coordination of factory tours
• Serve as the primary contact for visitor-related inquiries
• Ensure professional and timely communication with guests
• Oversee visitor logistics including check-in and orientation
• Coordinate the movement and management of guest groups
• Support and guide tour teams to ensure quality experiences
• Collect and analyze visitor feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful tours
• Maintain visitor records and compliance with safety procedures

Major Duties
• Coordinate and plan all factory tours
• Prepare schedules for tour guides based on tour demand
• Compile data and prepare standard and special reports
• Perform office administrative tasks such as:
• Correspondence
• Invoicing
• Filing
• Bill payments
• Reporting
• Represent the company during tours and events
• Train tour guides on routes and presentation information
• Drive visitors when required (if applicable)
