Job description

Seasonal Tour Guide:

To present a welcoming atmosphere to the public and conduct guided tours of the facility. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Functions - Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct tours explaining the brand and manufacturing process.
  • Prepare teas and assist customers with product samplings.
  • Restock tea and tea bar supplies. Communicate stock needs to manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all food preparation safety guidelines.
  • Operate cash register accurately.
  • Operate ticket counter, answer phone to schedule group tour reservations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedule.
  • Communicate with management concerning staff and customer needs.
  • Additional duties and various projects as needed.
  • Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
  • Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
  • GMP's
