Job description

Accupac is hiring for a full-time Total Rewards Manager to join our team. 

Job Functions:

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. This role ensures that compensation and benefit offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations while supporting the organization's business objectives and employee experience. The Total Rewards Manager serves as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, manages relationships with benefits vendors and consultants, oversees benefits administration and compensation programs, and develops communication strategies that promote employee understanding and engagement with total rewards offerings.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Manage and administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, retirement plans, and COBRA.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies.
  • Manage monthly benefits invoicing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and global regulations related to benefits and total rewards programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications, education, and enrollment materials.
  • Maintain strong relationships with benefit brokers, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Support the organization's compensation strategy, including salary administration, merit increases, incentive programs, and bonus administration.
  • Participate in compensation surveys by conducting job evaluations, matching positions, submitting survey data, and analyzing market results.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, administer, and maintain employee recognition programs that reinforce company values and culture.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to total rewards programs to support employee attraction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee compensation and benefits questions.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop communication strategies that increase employee awareness and understanding of total rewards programs.
  • Develop and deliver communications related to benefit changes, compensation programs, open enrollment, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Work with senior leadership to support company-wide communications, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives related to total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and business leaders to support compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Conduct job analyses and assist with compensation benchmarking and market pricing activities.
  • Provide guidance regarding compensation, benefits, and applicable labor and employment regulations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration.
  • Experience managing employee benefit programs, compensation structures, salary administration, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience conducting compensation analysis, market pricing, and salary benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and employee benefits.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compensation management systems preferred
