Vice President, ISV Sales
North- Remote

Join our mission to build the largest suite of credit card processing and merchant services. It's one simple payment platform backed by the most diverse payment companies. The Vice President of ISV Sales will be responsible for leading and directing the hunting sales team for the ISV business. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives (P&L responsibility). The role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes.
What you'll do:
  • Recruit, develop and manage a high performing sales team by creating a culture of success, accountability, and goal achievement
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the ISV sales goals
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage a sales budget for associated team
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to monitor customer, market and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities and to provide feedback to the company's leadership team and other impacted stakeholders
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, executive leadership and industry peers
  • Enhance internal processes and effective touch points in the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive alignment of key features and customer requirements

What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience leading an ISV sales team in the Merchant Services industry

Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000 + commission
