Job description

Job Title: SAP TM Consultant
Location: Corona, California
Work Arrangement: Hybrid On-Site 3x per week, relocation is probably the best option

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy SAP solutions across Transportation & Logistics functional areas.
  • Configure and customize SAP TM, including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, Carrier Collaboration, Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), and related master data and integrations.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and implementation experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), including relevant logistics collaboration capabilities and integration with SAP TM.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; design, build, and implement solutions; and provide hypercare support post go-live.
  • Design, implement, and oversee global SAP TM and Logistics solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Lead SAP TM and Logistics projects from inception through completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  • Analyze and prioritize business requirements based on cost/benefit analysis and present implementation roadmaps to leadership.
  • Drive client discussions and facilitate workshops to define requirements and solution design.
  • Independently manage configuration activities and produce functional requirements, solution designs, and other project deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10โ€“12 years of professional experience in SAP Applications, including at least 10 years focused on SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics.
  • Must have hands-on SAP BN4L (Business Network for Logistics) implementation and configuration experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate specific hands-on BN4L experience, including the capabilities implemented, role in the implementation, configuration performed, and integration with SAP TM.
  • Strong SAP functional and solution design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a functional lead working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • At least three full lifecycle SAP TM implementations.
  • Experience implementing SAP TM, Logistics, and end-to-end transportation business processes.
  • Experience with transportation planning, optimization, and execution, including integration with third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
  • SAP integration knowledge across Procurement, Inventory Management, PLM, Finance, and Sales & Distribution.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and configure SAP solutions aligned to business process and application requirements.
