Job description

General Purpose:
Performs administrative duties. Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Experience in Microsoft office required, as well as strong communication skills. Must have an RAC license and experience with the program MAX.
The 3rd Party MVD Title Clerk is responsible for implementation of Southwest Title's 3rd party motor vehicle dealer (MVD) program. This individual will work closely with internal teams, and peers to ensure that the program meets its objectives and delivers value to all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with ADOT, and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales and operations) to ensure seamless integration of the 3rd party MVD program
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize program performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in 3rd party MVD transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Current ADOT certifications required (RAC)
Job Type: Full-time
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Daily Run to Post Office (Less than a mile away) will need a valid DL, and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Excel and be able to import and update spreadsheets
  • Exhibit accuracy in processing 30/90 day temporary tags
  • Practice organizational efficiency and productivity
  • Provide support by performing delegated administrative and clerical duties for the small claim department
  • Experience processing dealer paperwork

Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
  • RAC License - ADOT certification (Required)

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr
