Job Description
As a Call Transfer Sales Agent, you'll bring your ability to build meaningful connections and your positive energy to help future travelers turn their vacation dreams into reality. You'll engage with potential guests over the phone, explore their travel interests, and present exclusive discounted mini-vacation packages that offer a firsthand look at our premium resort experiences.
What You'll Do
• Promote and sell mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines.
• Apply the techniques learned during training to confidently address questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers.

• Compensation: Hourly base pay plus commission. Agents on average earn an annual salary of $65,000 a year or more!
• Training Schedule: Enjoy paid onboarding and 4 weeks training, held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Schedule: Full-Time positions with multiple shifts available. Open availability required

What Are We Looking For?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of sales or tele sales experience preferred
• Strong computer and typing skills. Must have the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others explore vacation ownership
• A strong history of sales success across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, insurance, finance, or luxury goods
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in timeshare sales is a plus.
• Previous work in an inbound or outbound call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
