Job description

Summer School Programming School Clerk at Wyvetter Younge School of Excellence June 2, 2026 - June 30, 2026

This is a Summer School Position and does not constitute a permanent employment in the District for the 2026-2027 school year.


The Clerk shall:

  1. Report directly to his/her immediate Supervisor.
  2. Have basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  3. Have basic knowledge of the Skyward Student System.
  4. Be able to manage TimeClock Plus as Employee Timekeeper.
  5. Be able to file and perform general office duties.
  6. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by his/her immediate Supervisor.
  7. Have knowledge of proper office courtesy skills and protocol.

Compensation for Summer School Programming will be based on the Local 1220 Bargaining Agreement.
