Amazon Music is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Music Merch and licensing business.

This position will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting deal evaluations, performance reporting and insights, and process building and enhancements. Join us for the opportunity to influence how Amazon Music engages fans, artists, and creators on a global scale.
This role will engage with executive leadership and cross functional teams to drive results.
The successful candidate will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute deliverables. The right individual will have strong ownership and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes

This position is located in Los Angeles.
Key job responsibilities
> Driving planning and budgeting and related deliverables, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance.
> Prepare financial metrics, financial reporting, and financial analysis related to music licensing deals
> Own, refine, and develop key areas of our deal valuation models and royalty reporting in Creator Services space
> Engage in strategic initiatives with high degree of ambiguity
> Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
>Partner with multiple business stakeholders; develop action plans; measure and analyze results
