This job is about creativity and finding novel ways to solve airline challenges, while living within the boundaries of our tools and resources. Our job is to make the lives of the colleague-stakeholders around us a little easier. That could be Finance, Legal, Tax, Engineering or anyone else.

We do that by translating and interpreting our client's needs. We are excellent at bringing our colleague-stakeholders into the discussion and helping them learn the ways of our clients. We want them to become guardians of our clients, just as we are.

We write proposals, lead airline workshops, speak publicly in front of large groups and represent Amazon's global goodness. We make "follow up" our business; taking time during a busy day to evaluate critical data points and develop strategies and tactics is important. As is the process of codifying these decisions and their outcomes.
