About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Account Manager to join our growing Amazon Client Services team. This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts, with a strong focus on execution, organization, and growth. You'll act as the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for both delivering results and ensuring clear communication across internal teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of Amazon clients, owning both performance and communication
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses on Amazon
  • Execute core tasks across PPC campaigns, content optimization, promotions, and reporting
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact, managing communications and weekly meetings
  • Partner with Project Coordinators to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Collaborate with Ads, Catalog, Creative, and Project teams to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Monitor key KPIs and report on progress toward goals with internal teams and clients
  • Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs & QBRs)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or growth and proactively communicate solutions
  • Lead billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing for clients
  • Drive agency growth by selling additional services and multi-service selling functions.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Amazon account management or ecommerce execution
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and project ownership
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Competitive salary: $80,000-$100,000 base salary + variable compensation; OTE $95,000-$125,000/year (uncapped)
