Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the review process and ensure accuracy of site assets and promotions before they are deployed to the site.
  • Perform daily site audits to ensure accuracy of site content, merchandising and user experience.
  • Manage, upload, edit, and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violations or account health warnings.
  • Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywaords and other product details.
  • Assist with successful online marketing compaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products and generating reviews that comply with Amazon's Terms and Services.
  • Perform thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize visibility within each marketplace.
  • Remain up to date with Amazon's best practices, new trends, and platform update.
  • Manage and maintain the Amazon Vendor Central account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audtis, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience managing site content, promotions, and/or merchandising
  • Experienced with Amazon, Shopify, and other E-commerce platforms.
  • Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis.
  • Fast learner, assertive, able to multi-task.
