We have immediate openings and are looking to hire full-time & part-time Route Delivery Drivers to join our team.Compensation for this position is $24-$27+per hourwith incentives,paid health benefits (medical/dental/vision), paid personal time off, 401(k), $5,200 annual tuition assistance,work footwear allowance, and growth potential! $250 referral bonus after 90 days of employment.

We also offer occasional other incentives such as meals, snow cones,snacks, and team building events such as parties and recognition.

Delivery Driver Qualifications:

  • Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, and Competitive Spirit
  • Delivery Drivers must be safe drivers
  • Delivery Drivers must be passionate about customer service and delivering smiles
  • Delivery Drivers must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Delivery Drivers must be able to sit, Stand, Walk (be able to get in and out of a van throughout the day)
  • Delivery Drivers must have a Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
  • Delivery Drivers must be open to learning and growing
  • Delivery Drivers must be able to work 10-hour shifts, any day of the week, including weekends

To be eligible to perform Services, Delivery Drivers must:

  • Delivery Drivers must be at least 21 years of age
  • Delivery Drivers must possess a valid Drivers License
  • Delivery Drivers must pass MVR (motor vehicle record) Check
