SaltWorks MFG builds one-off, high-end vehicleshot rods, customs, and coach built projects. Every car is engineered, fabricated, and assembled in-house to a very high standard.

What This Role Is

We are looking for a mechanic who can build, not just install.
Someone who understands:
  • How systems work together
  • How to plan before starting
  • How to execute clean, serviceable work
What Youll Be Doing

  • Full vehicle assembly from chassis to final delivery
  • Install and integration of:
    • Engines (LS, LT, Coyote, etc.)
    • Transmissions
    • Suspension systems
  • Build systems from scratch:
    • Wiring (clean routing, serviceable layouts)
    • Plumbing (fuel, brake, cooling systems)
    • Glass fitting and installation
  • Diagnose and solve problems in one-off builds
  • Work closely with fabrication, CNC, surface, and trim teams
