Job description

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Service Route Supervisor, Full-time. This position is Monday-Friday starting at 5:00am.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the training and development of team members
  • Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
  • Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
  • Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
  • Manages Drivers
  • Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
  • Supports company programs and branch goals
  • Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
  • Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
  • Good driving record
  • Previous vending experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
  • Problem Solver
  • Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
